Biography
Dr. Paula Hall is a Sexual and Relationship Psychotherapist with over 30 years' experience and has specialised in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD) and Problematic Pornography Use (PPU) for more than half of her career. She is the Founder of The Laurel Centre, the UK's largest therapy service supporting individuals in addressing unwanted sexual behaviours, as well as providing help for partners and couples. Passionate about making support accessible, she also established Pivotal Recovery, a not-for-profit organisation offering affordable, anonymous resources for those seeking change. She is also author of three books on CSBD published by Routledge and numerous peer-reviewed research papers. She is an avid research advocate and recently launched Clinical Updates as a regular resource for people wanting to ensure they stay up to date with research and news pertaining to the field of CSBD.
